PURPOSE: To reduce the weight of walling body by a method in which large numbers of first burying nets to traverse the imaginary sliding face of a banking are laid at intervals in the heightwise direction of the banking, and large numbers of second burying nets whose front ends are fixed to the slope wall of the banking are laid horizontally.

CONSTITUTION: A banking 1 is constructed by erecting a wall 3 by orderly stacking up many concrete panels 3a on the ground and laminarly spreading and stacking up a banking material 4 on the back of the concrete panels 3a at the same time. In stacking up the banking material 4, many first burying nets 7 extending by a length (l) by traversing an imaginary sliding face 6 from the slope 5 are horizontally laid at intervals in the heightwise direction of the banking 1, and many second burying nets 9 whose front ends are fixed to the concrete panels 3a are horizontally laid at intervals in the height direction of the banking 1 on the slope tamping portion 8.
