To make the operability of a control lever from a driver seat proper; to simplify a structure by employing only one rotary mechanism for a hood; to improve maintainability by widening a maintenance opening; and to increase the degree of freedom of design.
The driver seat 35 and a console box 36 are juxtaposed in the state of rotating integrally with the hood 32, on the hood 32 for opening/closing an engine room 33 which is provided in the rear of an upper frame 30. Additionally, a hose and the like 51, which make oil pressure and electricity given/received between hydraulic equipment and electric equipment in the console box 36 and hydraulic equipment and electric equipment in the engine room 33, are arranged on a path where a connecting portion 51j between the engine room 33 and the console box 36 makes the motion of rotating on a hood shaft 34 near the hood shaft 34, in such a manner that supports 40 and 41 of a hood supporting frame 38 serve as guides.
