Abstract:

PURPOSE: To control the progressive status of construction on a job site accurately at a real time.

CONSTITUTION: A telephone 2 being installed on a construction site and having a bar-code reader 1 connected to a public telephone circuit 3, a working book 30, on which a bar code corresponding to operation information is printed, and a host computer 4 being connected to the telephone 2 through the public telephone circuit 3 while holding operation information printed on the working book 30 in a database 6 are provided. The operator of the construction site selects its own operation progressive status from the working book 30, and the bar code attached on the selected operation information is read by the bar-code reader 1, and transmitted over the host computer 4, thus controlling the operation progressive status of the construction site on the host computer 4 side on the basis of the transmitted operation information.
