Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable construction of a columnar portion without sacrificing water draining function by placing a water draining panel having through hole crossing water draining grooves over a foundation slab, fitting cup-shaped container in the through hole, placing concrete over the water draining panel, and forming a column of concrete and a floor slab.
SOLUTION: A water draining panel made of expanded plastic is formed on its entire underside periphery with a water draining groove 1a, with crisscross water draining grooves 1b with their ends connected to the water draining groove 1a, and with its center bored with a through hole 2 crossing the water draining grooves 1b. A plurality of the water draining panels are placed side by side on the foundation slab 11 over which is constructed a floor slab 12. Condensed water, etc., on the surface of an outside wall 17 is led through a water drain duct 18 to a drain passage 13c, and further through mutually communicating drain passages 13a (1a), 13b (1b) to a water collection part. Here, a cup-shaped container 14 is fit in the through hole 2 provided in the water drain panel. A concrete column 15 formed integrally with the floor slab 12 is formed in the container 14.
