Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction work device and a construction work method of a vertical plane capable of moving by using a traveling rail enabling track formation even if a construction working surface is formed by any of a two-dimensional plane or a three-dimensional plane, in order to perform a detailed inspection or other construction work to a structure such as a specific outdoor storage tank and a high-rise chimney where a scaffolding construction from the ground or a basal plane is difficult.SOLUTION: A construction work device X is equipped with: a traveling rail 1 forming a rack rail securing a gear member comprising rack gears in a lower surface of a truss rail 11; a movable suspension machine 2 being a running wheel element forming pinion gears; a working gondola 31 and/or self-propelling inspection equipment 32 as suspension articles 3; and drive system control means (9) for controlling and outputting individual movement or behavior in a linkable manner to each driving source that brings the movable suspension machine 2 into rail run by rack and pinion drive, and also brings the suspension articles 3 into lifting/lowering or plane run.
