PURPOSE: To bring a contactor into contact with an electrode pad accurately by arranging a spiral or zig zag guide groove in which a contact pin extends in one direction of the contactor or a sleeve while a pin to be fitted into the groove is imbedded on the other hand to keep the contactor in contact with the surface of the electrode pad rotating the contactor.

CONSTITUTION: A pin 7 having a contact pin imbedded into an outer surface of a contactor 1 and a spiral groove 8 being fitted into the pin 7 and extending in one direction are provided on an inner wall of a sleeve 2. When the contactor 1 of the contact pin gets in contact with an electrode pad 5, the pin 7 imbedded into the contactor 1 is forced with the groove 8 so that the contactor 1 turns in the direction of the arrow 9. With the rotation thereof, dust or an oxide film on the surface of the electrode pad 5 is removed with the contactor 1, thereby bringing the contactor 1 into contact with the electrode pad 5 accurately.
