Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact pressure roller which suppresses a film from being electrostatically charged.SOLUTION: A contact pressure roller according to the present invention includes a substantially cylindrical core member and a rubber layer with which a surface of the core member is coated, a substantially spherical filler of 1-100 μm in mean particle size being contained in the rubber layer by 30-50% in volume content for the rubber layer. The rubber layer has a part where the filler is exposed from the surface of the rubber layer and/or a part where the surface of the rubber layer contains the filler to swell, and the roller has an external diameter of 25-130 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
