Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a contactless IC card system which eliminates a need of taking a dead zone or an unnecessary communication area on the outside of gates into consideration and has a small occupation area.
CONSTITUTION: A transmission antenna 11 is provided between two gates G1 and G2 adjacent to each other, namely, inside the gates, and reception antennas 12a and 12b are provided on the sides opposite to gates G1 and G2 of the transmission antenna 11, namely, outside the gates, and thereby, it is unnecessary to provide a dead zone between gates G1 and G2, and an unnecessary communication area is not generated outside the gates.
