Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for conveying a substrate which can prevent damage of a substrate due to fall of a drying agent even if the drying agent is housed in the body of the container.
SOLUTION: The container is configured in that substantially rectangular planar glass substrates are conveyed in a state they are engaged in substrate engaging grooves formed at regular intervals on three sides each consisting of at least a bottom wall and a pair of side walls in a container body. In the container, recesses 20d are formed in a thickness direction in an inner thermal insulation board 20 arranged on the bottom surface of the container body 4, and slits 23 communicating to the recesses 20d are formed on a sheet member 18 attachably/detachably arranged on the upper of the inner thermal insulation board 20.
