Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of pocketed area and to allow stable supply supply during conveying containers by providing a rotary belt and rocking guide members in a conveying system feeding containers in one row, said containers being unstable for self-standing like an ampul.
SOLUTION: In this system comprising a supply conveyer conveying the grouped containers and a means for picking provided with a recessed portion to charge the containers, and picking up conveyed containers one by one by a means for picking and feeding in one row to subsequent manufacturing process, a rotating belt 4 provided at one side of a supply conveyer 2 and adapted to supply force to containers in direction of conveying, and a guide member 7 confronting with the rotating belt 4, and provided to narrowing the space to the rotary belt 4 in direction of conveying, and a rocking means 9, 10 abutting and rocking the guide member 7 are provided therein.
