Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the overlapping of a tip head section (branch section) while being twisted.
SOLUTION: In a container conveying device which is provided with a screw 11, which conveys supplied containers in grooves and guides 12, 13 and 14, which changes the attitude of the supplied containers by engaging the bottom section and body section of each container being conveyed bearing relation to the screw 11 and discharges containers while changing the attitude of the supplied containers, the width of the groove is made to allow containers to be conveyed with their attitude made perpendicular to the center axis of the screw 11 at least at either a supply position or a discharge position, and is made narrower than at least either the supply position or the discharge position at an attitude changing position so that containers can be conveyed along the inclined section of the groove of the screw 11.
