To prevent a pressure inside a container from excessively increasing when an applicator is inserted into the container, and to fully squeeze off excess liquid when the applicator is drawn out from the container.
A cap 10 is attachably/detachably mounted on the opening tube 2 of the container 1 for storing liquid, and a stick-like applicator 20 is fixed to the cap 10, in a manner that the applicator 20 is stored inside the container 1 with the cap 10 mounted on the opening tube 2. In the container 1, there is arranged a squeezing piece 32 which is formed in a tubular shape extending gradually inwardly in a radial direction of the container 1 in the downward axis L1 direction. Then, the inner diameter at the lower end 32a in the axial direction of the squeezing piece 32 is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the applicator 20, so that the squeezing piece 32 is elastically deformed when the applicator 20 is moved along the axis L1 direction. Further, a plurality of ribs 34 are projectingly provided in the lower end in the axis L1 direction on the inner circumference 32b of the squeezing piece 32.
