To provide a shaped sheet of comprising fiber, which sheet can be used in various uses, to provide a shaped sheet which can materialize high absorption retention performance for liquid etc. of an absorbent article, to make the shaped sheet to be suitably used as a surface sheet of an absorbent article for suppressing or preventing excreted urine and soft feces from spreading and leaking along the skin surface and suppressing adhesion of returning excretes onto the skin to protect the skin of a user from being poisoned, and has flexibility and cushion performance as well as absorption function for liquid etc. providing good skin touch feeling and exhibiting drape performance to keep the good skin touching feeling for a long time.
The shaped sheet consists of a fiber, provided on its one surface side with a multiplicity of projecting portions 3 and, barrier junction portions 5 combining the projecting portions 3, wherein the barrier junction portions 5 have a fiber density higher than that of the projecting portions 3.
