The continuous drying machine includes a fixed drum 1, as a cylindrical member that is unit length W x (n+1) (n is an integer of 2 or over) long, having a heater 11 and an intake fan 12 respectively on side surfaces, an openable/closable charging port 13 on a start end side end surface, and an openable/closable discharge port 14 on a terminal end side end surface, and a rotary drum 2, as a cylindrical member that is unit length W x n long, parted by the unit length W in the extended direction of the fixed drum 1 to form drying chamber units DC1-DCn, with the drying chamber units DC1-DCn half-split in the extended direction of the fixed drum 1 to form a group of fixed baskets 21 including fixed baskets FC1-FCn each being the unit length W wide, and a group of movable baskets 22 including movable baskets MC1-MCn each being unit length W wide.
