Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lessen labor, make a work efficient and reduce cost by accelerating automation.
CONSTITUTION: An outer cylinder 8 is coupled to an intermediate cylinder 7 so as to be freely rotatable, and a presser plate 15 vertically movable on the operation of a cylinder 16 is fitted above the cylinder 8. A hanger (h) is fed to the engagement piece 7a of the cylinder 7. Then, the hanger (h) in contact with the engagement piece 7a is detected with the first sensor 13 and pushed with a pin 11 protruding from a hole 10, thereby causing the hanger (h) to ride across the engagement piece 7a. Thereafter, the hanger (h) slides along a primary guide bar 9 and a secondary guide bar 22, and stops at an engagement plate 25. Then, when the hanger (h) is detected with the second sensor 23, the second rotary actuator 27 causes a presser plate 28 to press the hanger (h). In this state, when a shirt is suspended from the hanger (h), the presser plate 28 is released and the first rotary actuator 21 turns the secondary guide bar 22 downward, thereby sending the hanger (h) to the next process.
