PURPOSE: To simplify the connecting structure in a rail apparatus for a suspension conveyer by allocating plural connecting parts to a first connecting part through connecting parts supported at designated spaces on a carriage.

CONSTITUTION: Connecting parts 2, 3 branching off the main part 1 of a rail apparatus for a suspension conveyer to be extended perpendicularly are connected to the main part 1 through a branch part having a switch and joining parts 4, 5. On the other hand, second connecting parts 6a,...7a... face to the first connecting parts 2, 3 at a fixed space, a carriage 8 is moved in the direction of an arrow A between them, and the first and second free ends 9a1, 9a2 of the connecting parts 9a... supported thereon selectively connect the connecting part 2 or 3 to one of the second connecting parts 6a..., 7a.... Thus, the structure for connecting between a number of connecting parts can be simplified to make switch arrangement without many space.
