PURPOSE: To precisely synchronize the transferring motion of the long size base material and the machining motion, to exactly produce the product with the mass production, to be the general purpose and to produce every kind of product by mechanically operating the base material transferring mechanism, the unmoving machining part and the moving machining part connected to one driving source.

CONSTITUTION: A base material transferring mechanism which is connected to one driving source 3, intermittently transfers the long size base material to the longitudinal direction and together periodically positions and holds is provided. At least, one unmoving machining part 9, 10 which machines the long size base material positioned and held with the base material transferring mechanism by being connected to the driving source 3 is fixedly provided. A special shaped cross sectional shaft 12, 13 which is supported freely rotatable and connected to the driving source 3 is arranged parallel to the long size base material. At least, one of moving machining part 21 which machines the long size base material positioned and held with the base material transferring mechanism by connecting freely slidable to the special shaped cross sectional shaft is provided freely movable to the longitudinal direction of the long size base material. Therefore, the position adjustment of the freely movable moving machining part is easy.
