Title:
CONTINUOUS MECHANISM OF LAY BOY IN SHEET CUTTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6417752
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the safety in the working performance and the efficiency of productivity by allowing a horizontal insertion type pallet fork to intrude from the direction perpendicular to the flow of a sheet transported in straight line form and continuously piling the sheets.

CONSTITUTION: The transport and piling of sheets by a transport conveyor 3 and a lay boy 4 are carried out in the conventional ways and a fork device 5 under a pallet 41 and a working scaffold 6 are installed. The fork device 5 allows the top edge P of a horizontal insertion type pallet fork to intrude in the direction perpendicular to the flow of a sheet S which is transported in straight line form. Further, the working scaffold 6 permits the work in the correct attitude, and the scaffold is arranged so as to be adjusted to the height suiting the operator's height. Therefore, the lay boy 4 can be made continuous by using the horizontal type pallet fork independently of the working scaffold 6.
