Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space and improve the work efficiency by integrating the devices provided for the dipping process, rice cooking heating process, and steaming process in a rice cooking facility.
SOLUTION: This continuous rice cooking device is constituted of a rice cooking heating travel path 3 constituted of a travel conveyor 21 and a gas burner 22 and conveying rice cooking pots 18 for rice cooking heating, a steaming travel path 4 arranged with part of the travel path in the horizontal direction to steam the cooked rice in the rice cooking pots 18 conveyed via the rice cooking heating travel path 3 with the exhaust heat of the gas burner 22, and a heating chamber 5 surrounding all or part of the rice cooking heating travel path 3 and the steaming travel path 4. A dipping travel path 2 suspending many rice cooking pots 18 storing a proper quantity of washed rice and water on a circulatively rotated endless conveyor 13 having at least a shift path 12 in the horizontal direction for dipping for the prescribed period while continuously conveying them is connected to the pot carry-in section 23 of the rice cooking heating travel path 3.
