To stably sinter an object to be sintered in a short period of time without making equipment large in size while suppressing impurity gas from being mixed into an atmospheric gas in a continuous sintering furnace where the object is stored in a setter and is guided at least in the order of a burn-off zone, a preheating zone, a sintering zone and a cooling zone to be sintered.
In the continuous sintering furnace where a setter 1 stored with the object 2 to be sintered is successively introduced at least into a burn-off zone 20, a preheating zone 30, a sintering zone 40 and a cooling zone 50, and the object is sintered, each zone is provided with a feed roller 11 of feeding the setter, at least, as the feed roller in the sintering zone, a heat resistant roller composed of a material having high heat resistance is used, and further, the spaces among the respective zones are provided with partition doors 13a to 13e opening/closing in the case the setter is transferred to the following zone.
