Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous unloader which allows improvement of the loading capacity while suppressing increase of production costs, a continuous unloader facility and a method of operating a continuous unloader.SOLUTION: A continuous unloader 1 is a bucket elevator type continuous unloader provided with a bucket elevator 9 which carries bulk cargoes M continuously, and the bucket elevator 9 includes a plurality of buckets 27 which scratch and load the bulk cargoes M, an endless chain 25 provided with the buckets 27, a drive roller 31a driving the endless chain 25 to circulate and a change roller 33 which guides the endless chain 25 and changing the traveling direction of the endless chain 25. The maximum speed of the circulation of the endless chain 25 during operation is 90-150 m/min.
