This device is composed of a small diameter screw part 31 with gradually enlarging pitches in which a screw 23 at a lower outlet of a charging hopper 21 has blades at intervals gradually enlarged from the upstream side of the material feeding direction downward, a constant quantity feed cylinder part 39 (small diameter screw part 25 with constant pitches) to regulate discharge quantity of material from the small diameter screw part 31 with gradually enlarging pitches, and a large diameter screw part 34 with constant pitches having larger screw diameter than that of the small diameter screw part with gradually enlarged pitches, and similar or larger blade intervals that are constant at a downstream end part of the small diameter screw part with gradually enlarged pitches. These parts are provided in line on a single screw shaft.
