To evenly energize a plurality of pressurizing rollers, and to smoothly rotate the pressurizing rollers.
A recording device for recording in a recording material is provided with a carrying roller for carrying the recording material, a pressurizing roller unit for pressurizing the recording material to the carrying roller and having a pair of pressurizing rollers, a pressurizing roller shaft, to which the pair of pressurizing rollers are connected, an energizing part for energizing the pressurizing roller shaft to the recording material and a pair of free joints for holding the pair of pressurizing rollers in outer end thereof, and a pressurizing roller side frame for turnably holding the pair of universal joints.
