Abstract:
CONSTITUTION: A fabric-extension system controls extending means by a controller for laminating a sheet material and comprises: recognition means 10 for recognizing a defect of the laminated sheet material; discrimination means 42 for discriminating a part including the defect as a deficient part by comparing marking data 60 and a position of the defect recognized by the recognition means 10, storage means 44 for storing data for identifying the deficient parts and the number of deficient parts; and supplementary marking data generation means 46 for generating supplementary marking data 62 for marking supplemental parts for the stored deficient parts. The controller 48 supplements the extending means 6 with at least one sheet of the sheet material of the length equivalent to the supplementary marking data and extends it, separately from a laminated sheet material.EFFECT: Deficient parts can be supplemented by adding a sheet material of the minimum length and extending it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
