PURPOSE: To easily attach a panel attached thereto with a voice recognizing microphone, an IR rays receiving part and a voice guide speaker at a position where voice from the user can be sufficiently received or a position where an objective position of an emitted IR rays can be easily confirmed, by attaching the panel to a member in front of the passenger compartment of a vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: If a panel 1 is attached to a sunvisor 9, the position of a microphone is located at a position which is in front of and slightly above a talker, having a distance of 30 to 40cm, and accordingly, the voice input level can be set to about 75dB. The SN ratio of a voice recognizing device 21 is set to an optimum value in accordance with the input level, and accordingly, audio equipment can be controlled by the voice in a normal driving posture. Further, since a guide speaker is located in the vicinity of an ear of the diver, guide voice can read without increasing the sound volume, and a command for a manipulation having been performed, can be recognized, thereby it is possible to stably carry out manipulation through an IR remote control unit or by a voice.
