Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by capacity reduction of an electric power storage element in a windmill power generation facility.SOLUTION: A windmill power limit calculation part 23 corrects a leveling target Pt defined by wind speed, based on a capacity rate Ccap of electric charge of a capacitor 7, and calculates a windmill output limit Pc as a limit value of output of a generator 4 of the windmill. A system output limit calculation part 25 corrects the leveling target Pt, based on the capacity rate Ccap, and calculates a system output limit Pg' as a limit value of system output Pg. An inverter control part 27 controls an inverter 6 so that the output of the generator 4 of the windmill will not exceed the windmill output limit Pt and the system output Pg will not exceed the system output limit Pg'. A pitch control part 29 controls a pitch angle θ of a rotor of the windmill so as to maintain target rotation speed Nt defined by wind speed.
