To provide a control device for a human powered vehicle which can output information regarding a fuel battery to the outside, and to provide a control system for a human powered vehicle, a fuel supply device, and a fuel supply system.SOLUTION: A control device is a control device for a human powered vehicle. The human powered vehicle includes a fuel battery having a fuel storage unit and a power generation unit. The control device includes: a first communication unit configured to be able to communicate with an external device; and a first control unit which controls the first communication unit.
