Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hydraulic winch for detecting the tension force applied to a wire rope and preventing forced rotation and wrong motion of a hydraulic motor by measuring the pressure of the hydraulic motor for driving a winch drum.
SOLUTION: The control device of the hydraulic winch comprises the wire rope 1 for towing fallen lumber, etc., the winch drum 2 for winding up the wire rope 1, the hydraulic motor 3 for driving the winch drum 2, a hydraulic sensor 5 for detecting the driving hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic motor 3, and a control part 6 for controlling the driving force of the winch drum 2. The value detected by the hydraulic sensor 5 is fed back to the control part 6 to prevent forced rotation of the hydraulic motor 3.
