This control device includes a target value calculation part 102 which is connected to a pressure sensor 301 at downstream of an LPL throttle valve 204, determines a target pressure value at the LPL throttle valve 204 according to rotation speed and load of the internal combustion engine, and determines opening of the LPL throttle valve 204 according to engine rotation speed and brake effective pressure value, and an LPL throttle valve opening calculation part 103 which corrects opening of the LPL throttle valve by an effective pressure value acquired from the pressure sensor 301, the target pressure value, and a target LPL throttle valve opening.
