Abstract:

To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine with a supercharger, capable of suppressing both deterioration of fuel consumption and excessive rise of a catalyst temperature.

The control device of the internal combustion engine with the supercharger includes adjusting means, WGV control means, and cooperation control means. The adjusting means adjusts an amount of intake air to decrease an amount of exhaust gas flowing into a catalyst disposed in an exhaust path. The adjusting means controls decrease of an opening of a throttle valve (16) disposed in an air intake path, and increase of an opening of an air bypass valve (34) disposed in a path bypassing between an upstream region of a compressor and a downstream region of the compressor of the supercharger. The WGV control means controls a waste gate valve (36) disposed in a path for making the exhaust gas flow while bypassing a turbine of the supercharger. The cooperation control means adjusts the amount of intake air by the adjusting means, and decreases the opening by the amount according to the decrease on the waste gate valve by the WGV control means, when demand output of the internal combustion engine is increased.
