Abstract:
To reduce a variation in the power performance of a vehicle with respect to an increase/decrease in the number of persons in a vehicle and in the weight of a vehicle body including the load of cargoes.SOLUTION: A control device for an internal combustion engine is provided, which stores a base value for a vehicle speed or an engine speed according to the depression amount of an accelerator pedal, corrects a relationship between the depression amount of the accelerator pedal and the opening of a throttle valve or a variation per unit time in the opening on the basis of a difference between the base value for the vehicle speed or the engine speed corresponding to the current depression amount of the accelerator pedal by a driver and the current vehicle speed or the current engine speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
