Abstract:
To absorb the phase displacement of power by an energy storage device without over-charging and over-discharging the energy storage device even if the displacement occurs.
By estimating the maximum charging energy E1 generable by the phase displacement of power occurring between a motor and a generating set, and the maximum discharging energy E2 from the energy storage device, a target energy storage state is set at a higher level as the ratio of the maximum discharging energy E1 against the estimated maximum charging energy E2 becomes large, and the generation power of the generating set is controlled so that the energy storage state of the energy storage device becomes equal to the target energy storage state.
