Abstract:

To provide a control device for reducing a fuel consumption rate according to a case where a plurality of types of fuel are supplied in a power transmitter for a vehicle.

When an engine 8 is driven with a type of fuel (for example, ethanol mixed fuel) different from reference fuel (for example, gasoline), and engine torque TE becomes larger than engine torque TE, when the engine is driven with the reference fuel as a result, a differential state control means 88 enlarges a non-differential region in Fig.7, with respect to the case that the reference fuel is used. Accordingly, when the plurality of types of fuel including the reference fuel is supplied to the engine 8, it is possible to fully make the best of the advantages of the switching of a power distribution mechanism 16 to a differential validation state or a non-differential state, with respect to engine torque characteristics different according to the type of fuel of the engine 8. As a result, it is possible to reduce fuel consumption rate, in response to the plurality of types of fuels being supplied to the engine 8.
