Abstract:
To provide a control lever that is used in an operating device of a bar-end type gearshift for a bicycle, can bring the operator's hand position into the best aerodynamic state, and also makes an operator execute quick gear shifting almost without changing the hand position.
The control lever 120 comprises a substantially cylindrical body 130 mounted to an operating device 100, and an arm 140 designed to face forward in the traveling direction of a bicycle and projecting from the body 130 along a main axis (A) almost tangential to the upper part of the body 130. The arm 140 has a first concavo upper pressure part 141 proximal to the body 130, and a second lower pressure part 142 remote from the body 130.
