PURPOSE:To effect a corrective control in a simple and a less expensive manner by estimating actually the flow rate of fluid through a control valve section against the total indicated flow rate of fluid and correcting the total indicated flow rate in accordance with the difference between the actually estimated flow rate and the total indicated one. CONSTITUTION:Each of gains R1 through Rm is applied respectively to each of detected signals I1 through Im from each of sensors G1 through Gm detecting the condition of an air suspension section so as to obtain each of indicated flow rates Q1 through Qm, then these are thereby added together for calculating a total indicated flow rate. And a corrected indicated flow rate Q' for the total indicated flow rate Q is converted into a realistic indicated flow rate Q'' through a filter W. While, a control valve open/close logic U generates each of control valve open/close signals J and K to the realistic indicated flow rate Q'' so as to actuate a filling side valve C1 or an exhaust side valve C2 for applying the air suspension with or emptying it of air. In this constitution, the difference between the estimated actual flow rate Q''', operated by an actual flow rate estimating circuit V and the corrected indicated flow rate Q' is added to the total indicated flow rate Q.
