Abstract:
To precisely control and adjust an exhaust gas post-treatment system without an air mass sensor in a control method of an internal combustion engine by obtaining a first quantity W1 expressing the flow resistance of a first component 115 in the exhaust gas post-treatment system based on a first measured quantity DP1 and a volume flow rate VS.
The volume flow rate VS is found based on a second quantity W2 expressing the flow resistance of a second component 120 of the exhaust gas system, F1 and F2.
