Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of setting air conditioning which is suitable for sleep taking circadian rhythm during sleep into consideration with a simple procedure, in a situation where bedtime and wake-up time change daily.SOLUTION: In a control method for an information terminal device for controlling an air conditioner via a network and having a display; the information terminal device is made to display a temperature setting screen in which temperature of the air conditioner can be set for a plurality of time zones; a first time zone setting temperature in a first time zone is calculated by using a first setting temperature at boundary time and a second setting temperature at bedtime; a second time zone setting temperature is calculated by using the first setting temperature and a third setting temperature at wake-up time; the first time zone setting temperature and the second time zone setting temperature are displayed on the temperature setting screen; and when the first time zone setting temperature and the second time zone setting temperature are confirmed, a control command corresponding to the first setting temperature and the second setting temperature are outputted to the network.
