Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device with an UPS function capable of suppressing reduction of responsiveness during control in a current discontinuous mode even while using an inductor of a small value.SOLUTION: A power storage device comprises: an AC/DC converter circuit 20 for converting an AC voltage supplied from a commercial power source 10 into a DC voltage; an inverter circuit 30 for converting a DC voltage inputted from the AC/DC converter circuit 20 into an AC voltage; a storage battery 40; a step-up converter circuit 50 which boosts a DC voltage of the storage battery 40 and outputs it to the inverter circuit 30; and a step-up control section 60 which performs feedback control in such a manner that an output voltage of the step-up converter circuit 50 becomes a predetermined voltage. The step-up control section 60 is configured to switch whether the step-up converter circuit 50 is controlled in a current continuous mode or in a current discontinuous mode, and a gain of the feedback control is set to a different value between the current continuous mode and the current discontinuous mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
