A line controller(LC) 1 and respective control units(Cu) 4 (4-1 to 4-N) respectively have shared memory areas(SME) having the same data address structure in their own devices. Each CU 4 can write data concerning itself only in the prescribed memory area inside the SME provided for that unit itself. Corresponding to the scanned result of a prescribed area inside the SME of each CU 4, the LC 1 reads data from the SME of the CU 4 and stores these provided data into the SME provided for the LC 1. The LC 1 writes the data of each CU 4 stored in the SME inside the device itself into the SME of the CU 4 as an object.
