Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a dental control system whose cartridge type valves to be used can be easily and quickly removed for repair or replacement. CONSTITUTION: The control system for a device related to a plurality of hand pieces 20, etc., incorporates a plurality of module control blocks 154 fixed to an assembly having manifolds 152, which receive and distribute liquid heading for the blocks. The blocks incorporate cartridge valves and each valve is removable through a single plane of the control block 154 so as to facilitate access. The control block 154 can be used for attaching an auxiliary controller. A flow controller in the block is controlled by raising the hand pieces 20, etc., from a hanger 30 and/or a leg operation controller.
