Abstract:
To provide a structure capable of preventing or suppressing damage to a winding wire when a lead wire is wound around a terminal in the manufacture of a coil unit.SOLUTION: In a coil unit 100, a bobbin 104 includes a bobbin body 108 around which a winding 120 is wound, and an accommodating wall 110 accommodating a base end 115 of a terminal 106. The terminal 106 includes a guide portion 116 obtained by molding a blank material having a sagging portion 130 which is a cut mark of a metal plate and projecting from the side surface of a terminal body 114 at a position close to the accommodating wall 110, and a fixing portion 118 projecting from the side surface of the terminal body 114 at a separated position. A lead wire 122 at the end of the winding 120 extending from the bobbin body 108 includes a winding portion 124 wound around the accommodating wall 110, a joint portion 126 joined to the fixing portion 118, and an engaging portion 128 hooked on the guide portion 116 between the winding portion 124 and the joint portion 126, and contacts with each sagging portion 130 of the guide portion 116 and the fixing portion 118.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
