Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate a prevention of pipe flashing or freezing in a pipe in winter season and to perform a warming-up operation without idleness when a heat source is energized.
CONSTITUTION: When a pipe flashing is carried out, adjusting valves in a pipe system are grouped into one group and they are opened in total (a); when a freezing in a pipe is prevented, control valves which are apt to show a freezing state are grouped into one group (b); and when a heat source is energized, control valves in the heat source system are grouped into one group and they are set to the same predetermined degree of opening in total (c).
