Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the clamping force of an inner cap, by forming a hole in each of bolts for clamping the inner cap to the body of a casing to introduce a control fluid into a pressure chamber at a pressure lower than the pressure inside a valve but higher than the pressure outside the valve. CONSTITUTION:A cap section required to have fluid sealing performance to the outside is composed of an inner cap 34 and an outer cap 37, and a hole is formed in a bolt 36 for clamping the inner cap 34 to the body 21 of a casing to pass a control fluid into a pressure chamber 39 at a pressure lower than the pressure inside a valve but higher than the pressure outside the valve. With such an arrangement, the bolt stress is increased by cooling the bolt 36 by low-temperature steam passed through said hole, so that it is enabled to prevent the lowering of the clamping force of the inner cap 34.
