Since a load applied to frictional engaging members of the electromagnetic clutches is detected by a load detecting means Sa, an actual engaging force Ts of the electromagnetic clutches is calculated by an actual engaging force calculating means M5 on the basis of the load, and the target exciting current I is corrected by a target exciting current correcting means M6 on the basis of the actual engaging force Ts, the accuracy of the control of matching the actual engaging force Ts of the electromagnetic clutches to the target engaging force T can be improved.
