Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a servo motor and its control method for allowing the optimum setting of constant control gain for each operation pattern and the automatic setting of optimum gain shift timing, by allowing the optimum setting of control gain using automatic adjustment of control gain, based on the large-and-small relation of a locational deviation Δθ and an actual speed ωM which are in the vicinity of the completion of location command θ* and carrying out real-time automatic adjustment of control gain.
SOLUTION: In the controller and control method of the servo motor, at least one among a location proportion coefficient, a location integration coefficient, a speed proportion coefficient, and speed integration coefficient is modified on the basis of one of location deviations in the vicinity of the completion of location command, the current speed in the vicinity of completion of location command, and the output time of location command.
