Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a time lag of the output of a control signal and to suppress a systematic disturbance such as a variation in voltage by controlling effective and ineffective power by the control signal to be outputted from a plurality of arithmetic treatment circuits for controlling a superconductive energy storage device. CONSTITUTION:When an ineffective power command value (Qr) is changed into a step-system, a pulse signal (b) is outputted to an arithmetic treatment circuit 102 from a system controller 3, so that the circuit 102 is activated, and outputs a control signal CS2, and at the same time, a pulse signal (d) indicating a treatment condition is outputted to a pulsing signal implementation circuit 103. The circuit 103 outputs a selecting signal (c) of a 'H' level to a selective circuit 104 by the pulse signal (d). The circuit 104 selects a control signal CS1 when the selecting signal (c) is on a 'L' level, and selects a control signal CS2 in case of being 'H', then outputs as a finally controlled variable CS. According to the constitution, a time lag of the output of a control signal is reduced to be minute, and a system condition is controlled by a superconductive energy storage device.
