PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overshoot or hunting in a desired value response and disturbance response when conducting control by using a model.
SOLUTION: In a desired value response, the output of a dead time compensator 4 is applied to the input side of a PID arithmetic means 3, and dead time compensation control is conducted by a strong PID gain. In other cases, the output of the dead time compensator 4 is not applied to the input side of the PID arithmetic means 3, and normal PID control is conducted by a weak PID gain.
