Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of executing three kinds of opening and closing control operations of a window by one drive section.
SOLUTION: A balanced weight is horizontally provided to the upper part of a ventilator capable of being freely tilted with both side shafts provided to the upper parts of middle sections of stiles as fulcrums, moving bodies 1 and 2 moving on screw shafts by rotation of the screw shafts are provided to the screw shafts set in parallel with jambs and a sill of a window, a projected shaft 6 and a lock shaft 7 are respectively provided to the moving bodies 1 and 2, controlling devices A-B for controlling an opening and closing of a ventilator by movement of the projected shaft 6 are provided to the stiles of the ventilator on the side corresponding to the jambs, a controlling device D for locking the ventilator by movement of the lock shaft 7 is provided to the bottom rail of the ventilator corresponding to a sill to form a closing window lock mechanism, joint shafts are respectively connected to the screw shafts at right angles, both joint shafts are connected to an orthogonal conduction mechanism, a controlling device of a tilting window formed by providing a manual operation type drive section with handle rotation to the orthogonal conduction mechanism can execute three kinds of control operations as well as a double lock in the case of full closing, swivel tilting by wind or a convection current and opening hold, and the operation can be executed by one driving body.
