Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which the drying of a ceramic raw material in the vacuum chamber of an extruder is prevented surely by supplying the vapor of a molding assistant into the vacuum chamber, and an equivalent amount of the molding assistant removed with air in the vacuum chamber by a vacuum means and evaporated is supplied toward the vacuum chamber.
SOLUTION: In the vacuum type extruder 10 having the vacuum chamber 16, the vacuum means for evacuating the vacuum chamber 16 is connected to the vacuum chamber 16, and a vapor supply means 32 for supplying the vapor of the molding assistant L toward the vacuum chamber 16 is provided.
