Abstract:
To notify a user of a reason for an interruption of a conversation appropriately according to the situation the user is in.SOLUTION: The conversation system includes: conversation state determination means (110) for determining that a case where a conversation with a user is stopping at least for a specific length of time is a conversation interruption state; reason specifying means (120) for specifying a reason that stops the conversation; emotion determination means (130, 140) for determining the feeling of the user; determination means (150) for determining the content to be notified to the user according to a combination of the specified reason and the determined feeling; and notification means (200) for notifying the user of the notification content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
